We Shall Not Be Moved...
I just finished my first scheduled picket line assignment. And my goodness is my back killing me. Walking in circles for four hours in the snow is hell. But we've got to stand strong against the unmovable force that runs our company.
It was funny, a young lady was driving by and asked what we were striking for. When I told her half our wages and benefits she was shocked. Her response was, "How does your company expect you to live off half your wages?" I said, "That's why we're on strike. No one should be asked to give up half their wages and benefits!" She told us to stand strong.
I'm not scheduled to go back until Friday, but I may have to go in again tomorrow.
Sorry about the rant. Knitting content will return soon.

They must be totally crazy!
I wish there were something I could do or say to help or just make you feel better but I hope it comforts you to know that people care. I do. I'm still thinking and praying for you.
Hugs!
Is there no limit to corporate greed?
