What a great trip! My parents and their friends spoiled me rotten! Now I need a vacation after my mini vacation/layoff. I ate more than I should have (as always when I visit there). Played Mahh Jongg with my mom and her friends (not the solitare version). Did some shopping. (pics in next blog post) Enjoyed the 100+ degree temps. And had and all around great time.

Also while there I did some more work on my "Danica Scarf". It's not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. And it's coming out much better than my first attempt. I switched from using two different colors of yarn to using a varigated (sp?) yarn. What do you think?

Now that I saw it in person, I can really appreciate the colors. Can't wait to see it all finished!
